Join a meeting
Paste the link you received, or type the room name.
Start a meeting now
Creates a new private room and opens it. Share the link from the address bar, or use the invite button inside the call.
Schedule a meeting for later
Creates a link you can paste into an email or calendar invitation. Nothing is stored: the link works as soon as the first person opens it.
How it works
- Every meeting is a room. A room is just a name in the link, for example
call.irte.ch/weekly-1a2b3c. Opening the link opens the room. - Anyone with the link can join. The long random part is the only key, so share the link only with the people you invite.
- Scheduling does not reserve anything. The date and time only appear in the invitation text you copy. The room is free to use before and after it.
- First visit: your browser asks for camera and microphone. Allow both, otherwise the others can neither see nor hear you.
Good to know
- Audio and video go directly between the participants, which works best for up to about 5 people.
- Use a current Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari. On a phone, open the link in the browser, not inside another app.
- Behind a strict company network the connection can fail. Try another network, or tell us.
